Biotope could be described as a self-regulating system of several micro phonies (eight in total), which filled the frequency domain of the gallery. The changes in the sound were a combination of the motion of the microphones, the motion of the space, the absorption bodies in the room and the sound in the room. In short: the installation "listened" to the sound in the space (and thus of itself), and this translates into the movement of microphones.
