Video je nastal na osnovi večmedijskega projekta Bellum contra solem Asociacije Fusnet. Prikazuje večmesečne priprave številnih sodelavcev in sam potek projekta v novogoriškem blokovskem naselju na dan enakonočja leta 1991.
Asociacija Fusnet je bila združba dvajsetih neodvisnih ustvarjalcev, ki so se zbrali za realizacijo "urbanega" performansa Bellum contra solem, izvedenega na poletni solsticij, tik pred razglasitvijo slovenske neodvisnosti, na prostem, v naselju "Kitajski zid" v Novi Gorici. Video poskuša zgolj z montažo dokumentarnih posnetkov in zvoka iz časa priprav opevati organizacijsko virtuoznost prostih strelcev iz vrst alternative, ki je s tem projektom doživela enega od vrhuncev, hkrati pa je megalomanskost spektakla zarisala rob, ki ga neinstitucionalna organiziranost ne more preseči. Drugi del videa je posvečen samemu dogodku, ki si ga je ogledalo okroglo dva tisoč gledalcev.
