Katjuša Kovačič is active in performing arts: physical and improvisation theatre, contemporary dance, street theatre, acrobatics, capoeira, ambience performance, fire dance, circus, balance, contortion, group acrobatics. She leads workshops at festivals and also teaches children and adults.
She was a student of Sinology and Philosophy at Faculty of Arts, University in Ljubljana. Between 2007 and 2008 she was studying acrobatics at the Beijing International Art School. She was a member of Šugla - Street Theatre School; Šmirulja Theatre Group, Njavke Theatre Group; and initiator/member of Circus Kansky contemporary international circus in Ljubljana.
