The artist has filmed his mother who reads to him over the phone the rejection letter from the British embassy to which the artist has applied for scholarship: “I applied for the scholarship. The British embassy i.e. their Department of Culture has rejected my application. I received the mail to my old address in Velenje. Mom read the letter to me over the phone. Mom doesn’t speak i.e. has the knowledge of foreign languages (perhaps a little German).
