Production: Max-Max (Brut), 1986
In his video work the author gives an ironic statement about the state of home video production of that time and its integration in television programme (recorded for Petak u 22. Jasna Hribernik - Ballabende (00:21:46)
Production: TV Slovenija, 1995
At first glance the video works as a research of the past. An expressive study set in a nostalgic landscape takes music and dance as its medium. The protagonist is a dancer and the set is an old house full of memories. Scenes of ballet dancing and piano playing are combined with shots of old photographs due to associative montage. Passing of time is emphasized by scenes of water overflowing a well and of running clouds. Spirit of the past is strengthen by editing with shadows and sepia filter. This idyllic...

Jasna Hribernik, Zmago Lenardič - Elsa und Lohengrin (0:03:15)
Production: VPK, 1997
A variation on Wagner and his opera Lohengrin. There is no Wagnerian hero, but a ballerina dancing to the opera, which later transforms into a modern song, and the ballerina also turns into a modern dancer. Both dancers, however, resemble a woman covered with roses and lying under transparent plastic - Snow White, or Laura Palmer? (source: Videodokument)

Jasna Hribernik - Lok Telesa / The Body Bow (00:18:21)
Production: Sfinga, TV Slovenija, 1996
In the late seventies, the expressive dancer Jasna Knez travelled through the former Yugoslavia creating new dance elements inspired by the particularities of individual cultural surroundings. The video traces her steps during the nineties, but now they are often viewed as absurd documents of the post-war period. The layering of the images combines body movements and the geography of space, but their visual harmony is disturbed by a graphic sign undergoing several transformations, including an animated draw...

Jurij Korenc - Svetloba sence (0:27:20)
Subtitle: predstava Svetloba giba, svetloba sence
Production: Cankarjev dom, Viba film, Studio 37, 1987
The video shows the process of making a sculpture; static shots accompanied by dramatic ambient music show frozen and moving images of sculpting material – clay. The sculptress’s hands begin to knead the material and shape it into a figurine. Hand movements are slow and quite elegant; the scenes change into an abstract, clouded image of dancing figurines which are becoming increasingly clearer. The end result of the process is a standing female nude.

Zmago Lenardič - Network (00:12:47)
Production: Zmago Lenardič, 2006
Video documentation of an installation presented at the exhibition Liquid Space II in 2006, where the three-dimensional shape of a human body realized with a thin wire interweave is moving and projecting its shadow on a white surface. The video shows the overlapping of these shapes, creating a new layer where the body seems contested between real dimension and shadow. The movements of the camera around the installation make the newly established relationship between the two entities become more and more con...

Nataša Prosenc Stearns - Meja / Border (0:04:32)
Production: Center RTV Maribor, TV Slovenija, 1997
The video focuses on the concept of skin, which is the borderline between the body and its surroundings. The picture consciously rejects all sophisticated visual manipulation and instead uses basic visual effects: the play of light and shadow, and colour changes. The varying rhythm of the editing changes the vibration of skin - the image animates its life.

Nataša Prosenc Stearns - Over There (07:25)
Subtitle: A video vision of the sculpturing project 'Fram Watterfall' by Tamara Sevčnikar & Saba Skaberne
Production: Eurospekter (koprodukcija) & Otroški in mladinski program TV Slovenija, 1991
This video can be viewed as a video fairy-tale: it contains all the elements of one. The happening takes place in a forest. We see a dwarf that never shows its face, but on its travels it often encounters other incredible beings. Graphic signs are component parts of the image, and they are accentuated by Saba Skaberne's and Tamara Sevčnikar's sculptures, which also form part of the installation of the same title (Fram Waterfall). Oliver Marčeta - Jazz bre (00:02:58)
Production:

Mirko Simić - Do you hear the sound of silence (00:03:02)
Production: Bris & V.S. Video / Forum Ljubljana, 1992
A black and white video which builds on the details of the body under the shower. The images are not disturbed either by sounds or music because - as the title says - only the silence can be heard. That the eye of the video camera is always voyeuristic is best illustrated by the detail of the bath drain, a fetishistic and 'psychotic' object of the greatest voyeur among film directors - Hitchcock.
