"In order to ensure the felling of selected trees, the Slovenian Forest Service must mark trees for possible felling." (from the regulations on felling, handling of felling residues, harvesting and stacking of forest wood assortments). The artist locates trees that are marked, but have not been felled even after several years. He removes the markings from the trees and in this way symbolically destigmatizes them. (Source: DNLM)
